Code of Ethics

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. Purpose

This Code of Ethics sets out the standards of conduct that apply to Grail Technologies Ltd, operator of Grailbet. It applies to all directors, employees and contractors, and to the business partners, suppliers and affiliates who work with us.

2. Integrity

We act honestly and transparently with our Customers, partners and regulators. We do not offer, pay, request or accept bribes, kickbacks or any improper payment or benefit. Gifts and hospitality must be modest, infrequent and never intended to influence a decision.

3. Compliance with the law

We comply with the conditions of our licence and with applicable laws, including anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, sanctions and data protection laws. We do not accept Customers from Restricted Territories.

4. Fair play

We offer games from licensed studios whose random number generators are independently tested, and we settle sports bets on official results. We publish our rules and promotion terms clearly and apply them consistently.

5. Responsible gaming

We protect minors and vulnerable people, provide tools that help Customers control their play, and do not market to Customers who are cooling off or self-excluded.

6. Customer data

We collect only the data we need, keep it secure and use it only as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Conflicts of interest

Staff and contractors must declare any personal interest that could affect their decisions, including interests in suppliers, affiliates or competitors. Staff, contractors and their households may not play on Grailbet for real money without written approval.

8. Marketing

Our marketing must be truthful and not misleading, must not target minors, and must not present gambling as a way to solve financial problems. Partners and affiliates who promote Grailbet must follow the same standards and must not use the Grailbet name in domains, accounts or adverts that imitate us.

9. Workplace

We provide a safe, respectful working environment, free from discrimination, harassment and bullying, and we give equal opportunities to all.

10. Reporting concerns

Anyone who has a concern that this Code has been breached should report it to [email protected]. Reports are handled confidentially, and no one will be penalised for reporting a concern in good faith.

11. Breaches

Breaches of this Code may lead to disciplinary action, termination of employment or contract, the end of a business relationship, and reporting to the authorities where the law requires it.

12. Review

This Code is reviewed at least once a year.
