Responsible Gaming Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. Our approach

Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. Grailbet provides tools to help you stay in control and we act when we see signs that play is becoming harmful.

2. Tips for staying in control

  • Set a budget before you play and do not go over it.
  • Only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Never use money meant for rent, bills or food.
  • Do not chase losses.
  • Set a time limit and take regular breaks.
  • Do not gamble when you are upset, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Keep gambling in balance with other activities in your life.

3. Warning signs

You may need help if you:

  • spend more money or time gambling than you intended
  • borrow money, sell things or miss bills to gamble
  • hide your gambling from family or friends
  • feel restless, anxious or irritable when you try to cut down
  • gamble to escape problems or to win back losses
  • have tried to stop and could not

4. Tools available on your account

All tools are available in the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings, or through our support team.

Deposit limits

Set a daily, weekly or monthly limit on how much you can deposit. Decreases take effect immediately. Increases or removal take effect after 24 hours.

Loss and wager limits

Set a maximum amount you can lose or wager over a day, week or month.

Session reminders

Receive a reminder showing how long you have been playing and your net result for the session.

Cool-off

Take a break from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off you cannot log in to play or deposit, and you will not receive marketing. Your account reopens automatically at the end of the period.

Self-exclusion

Exclude yourself for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently. During self-exclusion:

  • your account is closed to all play and deposits, and cannot be reopened before the period ends
  • any withdrawable balance is returned to you
  • pending bonuses, rakeback and rewards are cancelled
  • all marketing stops
  • you must not open a new account; any account we find will be closed

At the end of a fixed self-exclusion period your account stays closed until you contact us to reopen it, after a 7 day waiting period.

5. What we do

  • We verify the age of Customers and do not allow anyone under 18 to play.
  • We monitor accounts for signs of harmful play, such as rapid increases in deposits or time spent, repeated failed deposits, or chasing losses.
  • Where we see these signs, we may contact you, apply limits or a cool-off, or close the account.
  • We do not send marketing to Customers who are cooling off or self-excluded.
  • Our staff receive training on responsible gaming.

6. Protecting minors

Gambling is only for adults aged 18 or over. If children use your device, we recommend filtering software such as Net Nanny or the parental controls on your device, keeping your login details private and not leaving your account logged in.

7. Blocking software

You can block access to gambling websites on all your devices using tools such as Gamban (gamban.com) or BetBlocker (betblocker.org).

8. Where to get help

Free, confidential support is available from these organisations:
