Promotions Terms

1.1. These Promotions Terms apply to every bonus, free spin, free bet, tournament, prize draw and other promotion offered on grailbet.com (each a "Promotion"). Each Promotion may also have specific terms published with it. If specific terms conflict with these Promotions Terms, the specific terms apply.

1.2. Promotions are open to verified account holders aged 18 or over who are not in a Restricted Territory, and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, payment method and wallet, unless stated otherwise.

1.3. We may require you to complete verification before a Promotion is credited or before any related winnings are withdrawn.

1.4. We may change, suspend or cancel any Promotion at any time. Bonus funds already credited will be handled fairly under the terms that applied when they were credited, unless abuse is suspected.

1.5. Promotions are not available to Customers who are cooling off or self-excluded.

2.1. Bonus funds are held separately from your real-money balance. When you play, your real-money balance is used first and your bonus balance second.

2.2. Bonus funds and winnings from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement is the total amount you must bet before bonus funds convert to real money.

2.3. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Any bonus funds and related winnings remaining after this period are removed.

2.4. Games contribute to wagering as shown in the Promotion. Unless stated otherwise:

• eligible slots contribute 100%
• Grailbet Originals contribute 10%
• table games, live casino, video poker, crash games and sports bets contribute 0%

2.5. While a bonus is active, the maximum bet is USD 5 per spin, round or hand, or equivalent. Bets above this amount do not count towards wagering and may result in the removal of the bonus and related winnings.

2.6. Once a bonus has been credited it cannot be cancelled, removed or exchanged at your request.

2.7. While a bonus is active, your qualifying deposit, your bonus funds and all winnings are locked and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

2.8. A bonus ends when the wagering requirement is met, when it expires under Section 2.3, when your combined real-money and bonus balance falls below USD 1 or equivalent, or when we remove it under Section 8 or because you self-exclude or take a cool-off.

2.9. Sports bets cannot be placed with bonus funds and do not count towards the wagering requirement of a casino bonus.

3.1. The Welcome Bonus is a 100% match on your first deposit, up to a maximum bonus of USD 2,000 or equivalent.

3.2. The minimum qualifying deposit is USD 50 or equivalent. The bonus must be selected or claimed before the deposit is made.

3.3. The wagering requirement is 40 times the sum of the qualifying deposit and the bonus. Example: a USD 100 deposit receives a USD 100 bonus, and the wagering requirement is (100 + 100) x 40 = USD 8,000.

3.4. The Welcome Bonus can be wagered on the eligible slots listed on the Welcome Bonus page, which contribute 100% to wagering, and on Grailbet Originals, which contribute 10%. Example: a USD 10 bet on an Original counts as USD 1 towards wagering. Play on other games, including the sportsbook, does not count towards wagering.

3.5. The Welcome Bonus is available once per Customer, on the first account only, and cannot be combined with any other deposit bonus.

3.6. New Customers can claim either the Welcome Bonus or the Sports Welcome Free Bet in Section 4, not both. Claiming one removes eligibility for the other.

4.1. New Customers who have not claimed the Welcome Bonus can receive one USD 50 free bet (the "Free Bet") after placing a qualifying sports bet.

4.2. The qualifying bet is the Customer's first sports bet with a stake of at least USD 100 or equivalent, placed with real money, that meets all of the following:

• it is a multiple bet with at least 3 selections
• the total odds are at least 3.00
• every selection has odds of at least 1.50
• it is fully settled, win or lose
• no part of it has been cashed out, fully or partially

4.3. If any selection is void and the remaining bet no longer meets the conditions in 4.2, the bet does not qualify.

4.4. Once the qualifying bet has settled, contact support through live chat or [email protected] with the bet ID to claim the Free Bet. Claims must be made within 14 days of settlement. We credit the Free Bet after checking that all conditions are met.

4.5. The Free Bet expires 7 days after being credited and must be used in full on a single bet. It cannot be split, cashed out or withdrawn.

4.6. The Free Bet stake is not returned with any winnings. Winnings from the Free Bet are credited to the real-money balance with no wagering requirement.

4.7. The Free Bet offer is not available to Customers who, in our reasonable opinion, have placed the qualifying bet as part of matched betting, arbitrage, or opposite or hedged betting across accounts or with other operators, or in breach of Section 8.

5.1. Free spins are credited on the game stated in the Promotion, at the stated value per spin, and expire 7 days after being credited if not used.

5.2. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to a 35x wagering requirement, unless stated otherwise.

6.1. Tournament and race rankings are based on the criteria published for each event. In the case of a tie, the Customer who reached the score first ranks higher.

6.2. Prizes are credited within 72 hours of the end of the event, and cash prizes are paid without wagering unless stated otherwise.

6.3. Prize draws are free to enter where published, and winners are selected at random. We may publish the username of winners.

7.1. Promotional codes can only be used by the Customer to whom they were issued, or by new Customers where the code is published publicly by us or an approved partner.

7.2. Codes may not be sold, traded or published on coupon websites without our written approval.

7.3. Affiliates and partners may not promote Grailbet through any website, domain, social media account or advert that uses the Grailbet name or imitates Grailbet, or that intercepts traffic already looking for Grailbet. Accounts referred in breach of this rule are not eligible for Promotions.

8.1. We may remove bonus funds and related winnings, void bets, and restrict or close accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe a Customer has:

• opened or used more than one account, or accounts linked by identity, address, device, IP address, payment method or wallet
• colluded with other Customers or acted as part of a group to claim Promotions
• placed low-risk, opposite, hedged or equal bets to meet wagering requirements
• used matched betting or arbitrage to claim or use a Promotion
• made large bets after a large win to meet wagering, then reduced bet size, or otherwise changed betting patterns to exploit a Promotion
• exploited a game feature, bonus round purchase, system error or technical fault
• deposited mainly to claim Promotions without genuine play

8.2. Where abuse is confirmed, we may also recover any winnings already withdrawn that were obtained from the abuse.

You are responsible for any taxes due on your winnings in your country of residence.

10.1. To keep the programme fair, the following are prohibited and will trigger forfeit of all referral earnings, bonus funds, and possible account closure:

• Self-referral: Creating a second account to refer yourself. Detected via IP, device fingerprint, payment method, and KYC matching.
• Fake or chargeback deposits: Deposits later reversed, charged back, or made with stolen payment methods void all bonuses and earnings.
• Risk-free wagering: Hedging your friend's bonus play across both sides of an outcome (zero-edge betting) is detected and forfeits the bonus.
• Bot or scripted signups: Automated signups, mass-link spam, and incentivised click-farms are forbidden.

10.2. Grailbet reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and withhold or claw back referral earnings where abuse is detected. Decisions are final and made at our sole discretion.
