Rewards Terms

1.1. These Rewards Terms apply to Rakeback, the Dual Rewards system, VIP levels and any other loyalty reward on grailbet.com (together, "Rewards"). They form part of the Terms of Service.

1.2. Rewards are available to verified Customers aged 18 or over who are not in a Restricted Territory, one account per person.

1.3. Rewards are earned only on settled real-money wagers. Wagers made with bonus funds, free spins or free bets, void bets, and cashed out bets do not earn Rewards.

1.4. Rewards have no cash value until credited to your withdrawable balance, and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.

1.5. We may change or end any Reward programme with 14 days' notice on the Service. Rewards already credited to your account at the time of the change will be honoured.

2.1. Rakeback returns 40% of the house edge on every settled real-money casino wager, credited instantly to your Rakeback balance.

2.2. Rakeback on a casino wager is calculated as: wager amount x house edge of the game x 40%. The house edge of a game is 100% minus its published return to player (RTP). Example: a USD 100 wager on a slot with a 96% RTP earns USD 100 x 4% x 40% = USD 1.60 Rakeback.

2.3. For sports wagers, the house edge used for Rakeback is a fixed 3% of the stake, so each USD 100 settled sports wager earns USD 1.20 Rakeback.

2.4. Rakeback can be claimed from your account at any time. Claimed Rakeback is added to your real-money balance with no wagering requirement.

2.5. Rakeback does not accrue on games that are excluded from Rewards, which are listed on the Rewards page, or while a bonus is active on your account.

3.1. The Dual Rewards system lets you earn two reward streams at the same time on the same real-money wagering: Rakeback under Section 2, and [second reward stream, for example level-up bonuses, reload rewards or points] under this Section.

4.1. Customers progress through VIP levels based on their total real-money wagering. Level thresholds and the benefits of each level are shown on the VIP page.

4.2. Benefits may include level-up rewards, higher Rakeback, weekly or monthly reloads, faster withdrawals, a dedicated host and invitations to events.

4.3. VIP Customers may be approved for a maximum win above the standard USD 500,000 per game round or bet set out in the Terms of Service. Any such approval must be confirmed in writing and applies only to the account named in it.

4.4. Personal VIP offers are discretionary. They may be based on activity, account history and our risk assessment, and may be subject to specific terms sent with the offer.

4.5. We may review, hold or reset a Customer's VIP level where we find abuse or a breach of the Terms.

5.1. We may remove Rewards, reclaim Rewards already paid, and restrict or close accounts where Rewards were earned through multiple accounts, collusion, low-risk or opposite betting, hedging across accounts, automated play or exploitation of a technical fault.

5.2. We may withhold Rewards on accounts under review for fraud, AML or responsible gaming reasons until the review is complete.

When an account is self-excluded or closed, any unclaimed Rewards are cancelled. Rewards already claimed into your real-money balance are returned with that balance.
